ITALIAN TRIO starts in Rome select Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.-
DAY 1
ROME
Upon arrival in Rome, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. A Homeric Tours representative will contact you to set up your orientation meeting. -
DAY 2
ROME
Start the day with a view of the Roman Forum, the hub of public life in ancient Rome, while making our way to the Colosseum, the legendary arena where gladiator games were staged to entertain the crowds. Afterwards, enjoy a stroll around Rome’s historic center, past picture-perfect sites such as Bernini’s fountain in Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will explore the treasures ofthe Vatican, including St. Peter’s Basilica, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Square. Evening is atleisure to dine in one of the local restaurants.Breakfast Included -
DAY 3
ROME
Today is spent at leisure with a choice ofoptional activities. You mightwant to take a day trip to Naples and Pompeii,taste wine in the nearby wineries locatedin the Roman hills or take a part in a pasta cooking class.Breakfast Included -
DAY 4
ROME / FLORENCE/ TUSCANY
After breakfast, you will be transferred to thetrain station for a high-speed train ride to Florence. After you check in to your hotel, enjoy a drive to Siena, the first stop on your tour. Enjoy a guided tour of its UNESCO-listed historic center. Next, reach San Gimignano, the stunning medieval town with an impressive skyline crowned by 14 towers that have survived through the centuries, earning it the nickname “Medieval Manhattan”.Have some time to explore its cobble stoned streets before proceeding to the hills of Chianti to admire the beautiful colors of Tuscany at sunset. Dinner will take place at a charming wine estate, where you’ll visit the cellars and dine on traditional Tuscan dishes paired with fine wines.Breakfast and Dinner Included -
DAY 5
FLORENCE
Join an expert local guide for a fun, information walk through the city’s past and learn about the rich legacy of the Medici family, who left the city a wealth of cultural and artistic treasures. You will visit famous spots such a Piazza della Signoria, the Cathedral with Giotto’s bell tower and the Baptistry before crossing the Ponte Vecchio bridge and entering the Oltramo neighborhood, known for its artisanal workshops and quaint atmosphere. During the tour, you will also visit the Accademia Gallery, home to one of the most exquisite art collection in town, which includes Michelangelo’s giant statue of David, a symbol of Florence and one of the greatest works of art of all time.Breakfast Included -

FLORENCE / VENICE
Make your way to the Florence train station. A train ride takes you north to the city by the Grand Canal - Venice.Breakfast included -

VENICE
A morning walkingtour reveals the history and architecture of thecity, as you visit San Marco’s square and the Doge’s Palace, symbols of Venice’s timeless splendor.Breakfast included -

VENICE
