FLORENCE / TUSCANYAfter breakfast, you will be transferred to the train station for a high-speed train ride to Florence. After you check in to your hotel, enjoy a drive to Siena, the first stop on your tour. Enjoy a guided tour of its UNESCO-listed historic center. Next, reach San Gimignano, the stunning medieval town with an impressive skyline crowned by 14 towers that have survived through the centuries, earning it the nickname “Medieval Manhattan”. Have some time to explore its cobble stoned streets before proceeding to the hills of Chianti to admire the beautiful colors of Tuscany at sunset. Meet a local chef who will guide you in this experience and head to the city’s lively central food market, where you will pick the ingredients to prepare your meal. Next, put your apron on and learn how to cook bruschetta, homemade pasta with a tasty sauce, and a traditional Tuscan dessert under the watchful eye of the chef, who will share stories about Tuscan food and culture along the way.
