for an overnight flight to Amman. Full service on

DAY 2, AMMAN
Arrival
in Amman. A Homeric representative will meet you and assist
in your transfer to the hotel. (D)
DAY 3, AMMAN
After breakfast begin
your visit of the ancient and modern city of Amman,
originally built on seven hills. Discover the Citadel
situated on one of the highest hills and have a splendid
view of the old city; Temple of Hercules, Omayyad Palace,
Byzantine Church and the Archaeological Museum. (B,D)
DAYS 4, AMMAN / JERASH / UM QAIS / AJLOUN / DEAD SEA
After
breakfast, drive north of Amman to Jerash, a beautiful and one of the best preserved
Greco-Roman cities in the world. Continue to Um Qais, to
visit the ancient Greco-Roman city of Gadara, and on the
Ajloun to visit the 12th century castle, a very important
Arab castle in the battle against the Crusaders. Drive to
the Dead Sea for dinner and overnight. (B,D)
DAY 5, DEAD SEA
Day at
leisure to indulge yourself at a SPA center, or to float in
the Dead Sea, which is the high-light of every visitor's
trip to Jordan. (B,D)
DAY 6, MT. NEBO / MADABA / KERAK / PETRA
After
breakfast visit Mount Nebro, the alleged burial site of
Moses, with its spectacular view of the Holy Land, continue
to Madaba, home of the famous Byzantine mosaics. Drive to
Kerak to visit the Crusaders Castle dating back to the 12th
century AD and proceed to the ancient city of Petra for
dinner and overnight. (B,D)
DAY 7, PETRA
After
breakfast visit the fascinating city of Petra "The Rose
City", which was built by the Nabateans 2000 years ago, who
hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury
from the desert rocks sandstone in its natural hues of rose
and gold. Return to the hotel for dinner and
overnight. (B,D)
DAY 8, PETRA / WADI RUM / AQABA / AMMAN
After
breakfast drive to the Natural Resort of Wadi Rum desert,
also known as "The Valley of the Moon" for its awesome
moonlike landscape. Bedouin 4 x 4 vehicles will be ready at
the Camp to start a 2 hour drive in the desert. Then drive
to Aqaba, Jordan's Red Sea resort for a free afternoon.
Later head back to Amman for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

breakfast transfer to Amman Airport for your return flight
