Spend 3-nights in Rome. The capital of Italy is the cradle of Roman civilization and is abundant with some of the most fascinating historical sites. The National Museum contains some of the most incredible archaeological collections in the world. Be sure to visit some of the known sites, including the Coliseum, Republic square, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. Do not forget to stroll down Via Condotti or the romantic Spanish Steps.
Spend 2-nights in Florence. This capital city of Tuscany, the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, offers some of the most incredible collections of paintings known to man. Also known for its architecture that spans centuries from Romanesque, through Gothic and into Baroque styles, Florence contains an abundance of cultural sites. Enjoy a sightseeing tour including the Duomo, the Golden Doors of Ghiberti, and Giotto’s Bellower. Do not forget to take in the jewelers along the famous Ponte Vecchio.
Spend 2-nights in Venice. Venice has been given many names over the years, but is probably most well known as the City of Water and is truly one of the most beautiful cities to visit in Europe. Take a ride in the Grand Canal and stroll along the Rialto Bridge. You will take a tour to visit St. Mark’s Square and the famous Murano Glass factory. Make sure take in a sunset over dinner at one of the many roof-top restaurants.
