3 Nights Athens, 3 Nights Santorini & 4-Day Greek Island Cruise


DAY 1, FRI – ATHENS:
Upon arrival in Athens, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 2, SAT – ATHENS:
Morning sightseeing tour of Athens. Visits include the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Spend the afternoon at leisure or explore this fascinating city on your own. (B)
DAY 3, SUN – ATHENS:
Day at leisure. Shop for bargains at the Athens Flea Market, Monastiraki or view the changing of guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Visit the Archaeological Museum on your own or you may take an optonal tour to Delphi or to Cape Sounion. (B)
DAY 4, MON – ATHENS / PIRAEUS / MYKONOS:
After breakfast, transfer to Piraeus to board the ship for your cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey. Your first port-of-call is Mykonos. Enjoy the whitewashed houses and the picturesque windmills. (B,L,D)
DAY 5, TUE - KUSADASI / PATMOS:
Arrive in Kusadasi where you can take an optional excursion to the ancient city of Ephesus. Then on to Patmos where you can take an optional excursion to the Monastery and Cave where John the Divine wrote the Book of Revelation. (B,L,D)
DAY 6, WED – RHODES:
Arrive in Rhodes where you will spend a full day. Take an optional excursion to the city of Rhodes and the rocky Acropolis of Lindos to visit the Temple of Athena. (B,L,D)
DAY 7, THU – HERAKLION / SANTORINI:
Arrive in Heraklion, the capital of Crete. Take an optional excursion to the fantastic Palace of King Minos at Knossos, the seat of the Minoan civilization. Sail on to Santorini. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for a glorious 3-day stay. (B,L)
DAY 8, FRI – SANTORINI:
Enjoy this beautiful and unique island at leisure. Visit the black or red beaches, enjoy lunch at a cliff side café or simply take in the beauty of the outstanding views. (B)
DAY 9, SAT – SANTORINI:
Continue enjoying this beautiful and unique island at leisure. (B)
DAY 10, SUN – SANTORINI / ATHENS:
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Athens. (B)

* During the months of June, July and August the island of Patmos will not be included in the itinerary and will be replaced with a full day stay in Kusadasi.
